The "Empire Builder" is seen on August 24, 1969 leaving Chicago, IL during the transition days between the original colors of the train and the blue and white and final green and white color schemes. These photos are Kodak duplicates which John Beirne allowed me to have made from his originals when my exposed film was stolen.
